Hello Brian,

Working with Brian to find our home was an experience worth repeating. As a husband and wife, we are day and night when it comes to personalities, which reflects on what we desire in a home. Brian assured us at the onset that he would work with us to find a house that balanced our differences, and he did! It's not so much the final outcome as it is the process. We looked at at least 100 houses in about 6 months. All the time, Brian never made us feel pressured into making an offer. He approached each viewing with his typical positive energy and no preconceived notions -- we needed that especially when looking at disappointing, overpriced "no-go" homes in -40 degree winter chill. In spite of his positive outlook, Brian always scrutinized each home with a keen eye and shared valuable knowledge and opinions that only a seasoned professional possesses. He was always diligent with informing us about comparable listings, possible cosmetic and structural defects and the overall atmosphere of particular neighborhoods.

In spite of the time it took, Brian assured us that when we found "our home" we would "feel" it. It is no wonder that when "our home" finally showed up on the market, Brian was readily available to book a viewing. We saw the house within 4 hours of it being listed and since Brian has his mobile office with him at all times, he took out his laptop and printer and went to work right away. With his expert guidance, we put in an offer in the nick of time and at the right amount. 

We now own our dream home in a mature Saskatoon neighborhood with a great atmosphere and wonderful neighbors. This is one purchase we have not regretted. ( We normally suffer from buyer’s remorse syndrome)

We have had previous experience with other Realtors who we felt we not representing our best interest. Working with Brian has re-ignited our respect for real estate professionals who work with integrity. Brian's positive vibe and expert knowledge were key in making our home buying experience a wonderful one. Brian Borody was great!

During the "big boom" in Saskatoon, I was looking for a modestly priced condo.  I had another agent who hadn't even called with one listing for six weeks.  My boyfriend recommended Brian, as he had listed the house which my boyfriend had purchased.   Within days Brian had shown me two properties, one of which I put an offer on, and purchased.   My now husband, then sold his house through Brian.  We had an great offer within three days, and the house sold. We then sold my condo through Brain.  There were many issues brought up by the property manager, Brian handled them all with grace. Brian has a warm and gentle demeanor, he is focused, and very knowledgeable in the Real Estate market.

When we wanted to buy our first home we had no idea how to go about it.  Brian was highly recommended to us through a mortgage broker and from then on he has made everything so easy!  Brian has such a good nature about him and takes the worry out of everything.  Brian loves what he does and is well educated when it comes to homes.  I always appreciated his helpful advice.  He won't let you buy something that he wouldn't buy himself!
